My Story
Hi there! My name is Emma Jane Moyer. I am a freelance commercial and fashion model currently working through NYMMG, Click Models Philadelphia, Main Line Models, and Professionally Pretty. I have taken courses in fashion, editorial, runway (with Coco Rocha herself), acting and voiceover through Mike Lemon Casting, and have worked on catalog and commercial projects with various companies in the Philadelphia/New York areas (PA/NJ/NYC/DE). My favorite gigs are commercial/print and editorial but I also act, sing, play ukulele/guitar, and teach yoga/meditation. To collaborate/for booking on modeling/acting/performance based work please email emmajmoyer@gmail.com.
From 2018-2024, I worked as a freelance makeup artist mainly in the Philadelphia Bridal and Special Event Industry. While, I love supporting brides and doing makeup for others, my career and passions took another turn delving into more spiritual practices and exploring the talent industry.
I am also a professional yoga and meditation facilitator. My preferred styles of yoga to take and teach are gentle, hatha, yin, south bath, and slow flow vinyasa style. I also love incorporating sound healing and reiki elements into my yoga classes. I teach at various studios and gyms in the Philadelphia suburbs. You can view my yoga teaching profile on Yoga Alliance, here.
In my free time I enjoy spending with my loved ones, practicing yoga and meditation, using tarot and oracle cards, diving into astrology, making literally any type of art, hiking, riding my bike, taking my paddle board on the local lake, playing my guitar and singing, messing around with makeup (obviously...), going shopping, reading, and watching movies - ONLY the good ones!

My Music Approach
Music for me has been a part of my life since a very young age. I grew up singing constantly anywhere and everywhere, in choir, in theater, on the school bus, in the shower, in my car (once I had my license). Literally no one could make me stop singing. That was until I reached high school and my anxiety peaked. I stopped performing, dropped out of choir, and kept my singing to myself and my friends. I finally picked up the old guitar my cousin had given me and told myself I would just play the guitar.
Though, I thought I had given it up, a girl in my art class suggested that I join School of Rock. I had no idea what that and I thought it was a movie. It is a movie, but also a group of music schools across the country (USA) that offered performance based groups, music lessons, etc. I told my parents about it and ultimately they signed me up ASAP. We performed classic rock, jazz, funk, grunge - you name it, we probably did it.
Fast forward many years later, I found karaoke in bars to be such a great time. It's a wonderful way to blow off steam on the weekends. During this time I also started attended open mic nights to expose myself to the music scene again.
I find music to be therapeutic and healing and while it may not be incorporated into my every day life, music is still a huge part of who I am as a person, teacher, and coach. Music can transform and bring us to higher states of consciousness. I am typically down to jam, duet, or even gig if it's with the right group of folks. If interested email, emmajmoyer@gmail.com.
